Elios 2: Training Offering
Elios 2: Introductory Training
One day of introductory training is included in every drone sold for up to 2 participants. We count on you to deliver this training at the delivery of the drone or maximum 40 days after the delivery. The purpose of this training is to explain to your customer the safety, best practices and limitations of the drone. By doing this, your customer will have a better understanding of how to use Elios 2 and this will highly diminish incidents and the need for after services.

Introductory Training Theory slide deck
If for travelling restrictions or due to high travel expenses you can not dispense this training in person, there is a possibility to take the full Online Introductory training course. This course takes about 5 hours to complete with videos, multiple choices exams and practical flight exercises. This course is for now free due to the situation.

Elios 2: Aerial Indoor Inspection Methodology (AIIM)
The AIIM training is an additional 2 days training. This is a practical flight training on inspection methodology. During the first day of this training, the trainee will learn how to prepare and perform the 3 most common types of inspections (reconnaissance /discovery flights, local and systematic inspections). On the second day, the trainee will have to plan and perform himself these 3 types of inspections. This training is for a max of 2 participants

In addition to these documents you have to define and publish your own flight exercises in your facility, as an example, please find our Example of the Exercises done at Flyability HQ, you can use our "example of the exercises" as a template.

Elios 2: Indoor Photogrammetry training
The "Indoor photogrammetry training" is a two days training that you can provide to your customers. You can take our online course for free to get trained, once finished we will have a call in which we will review the exercises. You will then have 60 days to submit 4 3D models for your validation as trainers. The requirements for the models can be found here. we will then have another call together to answer your remainings questions.

Elios 1: Introductory training

To activate the warranty, each pilot needs to pass the Online Introductory training exam. This course takes about 30 minutes to complete.
